Dawn Scout and Clifford Dorian hosted a “meet-and-greet” for the Salmon Warriors at the Ktunaxa Nation Council Building in Cranbrook.
They started with introductions and did a check in.
They also went over the Tri Nation Salmon Warrior Spring Gathering itinerary for the following week as well as the expectations of being a Salmon Warrior.
They finalized the trip plans for the Tri Nation Salmon Warrior Spring Gathering for May 11th-13, 2026.
They made sure the Salmon Warriors had shirts and they completed with a few group photos.
This was a great meet-and-greet to start their season off as they all learn together as a lot of them are new to this work.
Total Ktunaxa Nation participants: 8.
