Grant Writing for Beginners Workshop

October 5 @ 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

Ktunaxa Nation Council’s Education & Employment sector is hosting a free Grant Writing for Beginners workshop on Monday, October 5 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi’it Administration Building.

This hands-on session is open to all Ktunaxa community members and staff, and no grant-writing experience is required. We’ll cover the basics of finding funding opportunities and putting together a clear, strong application and practical skills for anyone working on a personal project, community initiative, or organization.

The workshop will be facilitated by Levi Rees, Project Manager with KNC Education & Employment, who brings a background in education, communications and literacy.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and there’s no cost to attend. Drop-ins are welcome, but an RSVP is appreciated to help with planning. Email levi.rees@ktunaxa.org to register.

No materials are needed, though feel free to bring a laptop if you have one.

We hope to see you there!
