q̓apkiǂ (pronounced “k • ahp • kihlth”) is a Ktunaxa word that means “to tell someone everything.”
q̓apkiǂ, (the magazine published in 2023 by the Ktunaxa Nation Council), tells a lot about Ktunaxa communities, people, and culture in a beautiful, easy-to-read, educational format.
It’s an essential resource for anyone who lives in ʔamakʔis Ktunaxa; a landmark publication to return to again and again.
A call to action: Bring q̓apkiǂ into your world
The Ktunaxa Nation Council is asking individuals, schools, businesses and governments to bring q̓apkiǂ into your homes, classrooms, and offices.
q̓apkiǂ can enhance staff onboarding, anchor classroom curriculum, and help inform regional planning. It’s an ideal resource for institutional and individual learning.

From now until October 31, 2026, you can purchase q̓apkiǂ at a discounted rate.
Individuals: Copies of q̓apkiǂ are free to all Ktunaxa ʔaqⱡsmaknik.
Individuals: Non-Ktunaxa readers can buy q̓apkiǂ with a minimum donation of $20 per copy.
Schools: Bulk sales of q̓apkiǂ are available for school libraries and course studies.
Orders of 10 copies or more are $15 each.
Educators can also explore resources that help include Ktunaxa perspectives into geography, literature, and social studies.
