DESCRIPTION:Ktunaxa Nation Council’s Education & Employment sector is hosting a free Grant Writing for Beginners workshop on Monday\, October 5 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi’it Administration Building. \nThis hands-on session is open to all Ktunaxa community members and staff\, and no grant-writing experience is required. We’ll cover the basics of finding funding opportunities and putting together a clear\, strong application and practical skills for anyone working on a personal project\, community initiative\, or organization. \nThe workshop will be facilitated by Levi Rees\, Project Manager with KNC Education & Employment\, who brings a background in education\, communications and literacy. \nLunch and refreshments will be provided\, and there’s no cost to attend. Drop-ins are welcome\, but an RSVP is appreciated to help with planning.
